FIT classes are the evolution of team training! A class timetable that provides you with every choice of fitness entertainment to motivate and inspire all those wanting to be the best version of themselves!

Led by passionate and dedicated trainers, the class timetable at Lane Cove willhave the biggest variety and the most engaging, fun classes our fitness community has seen.

Classes at Lane Cove are divided into five categories to help you keep balance and energy in your workout journey:

ATHLETIC – where fitness and performance is our core focus.

CONDITIONING – where your body strength, shape and tone are of highest priority.

MIND & BODY – where mindfulness and your focus on poses, stretching and a centred mind is our vision.

CYCLING – where the ride is driven by the ultimate goal of every session.

SPECIALIST – where your individual needs will be catered for at every level.

ATHLETIC

This is a lifestyle. Train like there is no finish line!

ULTRA HIIT

The ultra session combining upper and lower body exercises with cardio intervals to create your athletic body and increase fitness. Mixing weight based exercises and high intensity bursts, your personal best will be produced every ULTRA HIIT!

THE WORKOUT

More than just another workout! High intensity interval sessions using all corners of the gym! From the Cycle Studio, to the Outdoor Training Zones, THE WORKOUT will challenge your fitness and athletic ability! For all fitness levels, this challenging and fun session will explore all that is fitness and fun in the gym!

SYNRGY

The SYNRGY piece takes centre stage in this exciting interval based circuit. High energy team training fun utilising exciting combinations of strength, body weight and cardio stations. An awesome session to carve out a stronger and fitter body!

BURN

That feeling of leg burn or shoulder burn in an intense and challenging session creates adrenaline and energy for all those involved! Bring out all the stops in this session, sleds, barbells, kettlebells, slamballs amd battleropes….the more toys the bigger the BURN! Aim to burn 300-500 calories in 30 minutes!!!!!

BOXING

Combine jabs, crosses, uppercuts and body punches to tone, strengthen your body through a boxing class that challenges coordination, fitness and balance. With a partner you will tackle round after round of punches and body weight exercises to become the ultimate fitness boxer!

BODY ATTACK

The high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts and gets you fit for the sport of life.

BODY COMBAT

The high-energy, martial arts inspired, non contact workout. Punch, kick and strike your way to fitness.

CONDITIONING

Once you become fearless, life becomes limitless.

STRENGTH PERFORMANCE

A full body strength and performance session using olympic bars, dumbbells and performance equipment. A 30-minute session using big compound movements to generate as much strength and conditioning improvement as possible. Improve your squat, deadlift and barbell lifts with technique advancement and focus on perfect form. Shape and sculpt, define muscles and find an increase in overall strength and mobility.

TRX

Suspension training provides you with an overall body workout giving you the extra benefit of a strong core and balance. Use your own body weight and gravity to work every muscle in your body with the help of one versatile tool.

CORE CONDITION

Core strength is the foundation of strength and stabilisation for your body. If you want to improve your core strength and posture and create the best version of yourself, then this class is for you. Improvements in posture, torso tone and spinal health.

BODY PUMP

The full-body weights workout in the studio is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit- fast. Using barbells this toning class is suitable for all levels of fitness.

CXWORX

Using bands, plates and your body, this fitness class isolates your core to strengthen and support for a stronger, leaner body.

ABT

Core, butt and thighs are of focus in this conditioning class that will create a toned and sculpted body.

POWER YOGA

Power Yoga is dynamic and physically a energising form of yoga that sculpts, hones and tones every muscle in the body. Yoga techniques characterised by flowing poses and sequences that are linked to the breath.

HATHA YOGA

Using postures and conscious breathing in combination with mental focus to develop awareness, strength, flexibility and relaxation. Through proper alignment and mindful actions of the body, Hatha Yoga brings balance, strength and a sense of well-being.

YIN YOGA

Yin Yoga is slow and meditative. Poses are held for 4 minutes for deep stretching of the body’s connective tissues and joints.

BARRE ATTACK

A great cardio workout incorporating climbs and sprints to improve fitness all set to inspiring playlists. Intensity is driven by the music and the energy from your fellow riders!

Inspired by cycling and led by cyclists, THE TOUR is for the more enthusiastic cyclist a technical and structured ride with power intervals to build endurance,strength in the legs and cardio fitness.

FITTREK for women

FITTREK for women is outdoor adventure walking for those looking to experience stunning trails, hills and landscapes to challenge body and mind. FITTREK for women is an experience that anyone can become part of, if you’ve never ventured onto a trail before or you have completed a number of trail walks and adventures, FITTREK for women will enhance your fitness journey and take you on the most amazing adventures!

FIT GIRLS

Create strong and fit teenage girls to build their confidence, learn how to exercise with correct technique and take them off the treadmills and onto the gym floor.

YOUTH STRENGTH PERFORMANCE

The fundamentals are so critical to get spot on at a young age! For our teens, learn the big compound movements in a safe environment where technique is of the highest importance. Learn to Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press and Shoulder Press to maximise your growth in strength and performance.
