North Shore Gym was established in 1987 and has been a community landmark ever since. With the latest pieces of cardio equipment, fully equipped weights room, over 75 group classes every week, two huge functional training areas, a café and creche, we have something at NSG for everyone!

BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class that caters for total beginners to total addicts. Each class is a combination of athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.

Power Yoga is dynamic and physically a energising form of yoga that sculpts, hones and tones every muscle in the body. Yoga techniques characterised by flowing poses and sequences that are linked to the breath.
