My fitness journey began when I was 14 in Iran, where being a female athlete posed significant challenges. Encouraged by my sports teacher, I joined a private track and field club, which inspired me to pursue a degree in Physical Education and Sports Science. After earning my Bachelor’s degree, I obtained Personal Training certifications and started my career as a Personal Trainer for my university’s athletics team.
With nearly seven years of experience at various gyms, I moved to Canada for two years to further my career, before moving to Australia where I have been for the last nine years.
Throughout my career, I have successfully helped countless clients achieve their fitness goals, from weight loss and muscle building to improving overall health and wellness. My approach focuses on personalized training programs and ongoing support to ensure every individual reaches their full potential.
