As a retired, touring professional golfer, I bring a wealth of experience to the practical application of fitness for life and sport.
With certifications in Fitness, both level 3 and 4, an Holistic Lifestyle Coach certification, a Precision Nutrition certificate, Functional Movement Systems qualification, CHEK Biomechanics of Golf certification, TPI level 2 Certification as well as being a Professional Golfer for 30 years, I bring a wealth of experience to my clients.
Having had my fair share of injuries over the years playing professional golf and lots of other sports, I am passionate about helping people recover from back pain, shoulder pain and general everyday injuries, along with improving their longevity and durability in sport and in life.
I have rehabilitated over 50 clients with back and shoulder pain through specific steps and sessions and helped them stay injury free.
My training methodology focuses on establishing foundational movement, strength and balance for my clients needs and goals. I believe there are definite steps you must follow for improving your body and performance in golf, sport and life.
Concurrently, I teach golf at Royal Sydney Golf Club and continue to be amazed by the transformative impact that training can have on one’s golf swing and life.
Beyond fitness, I’m passionate about family, organic food, gardening, regenerative farming, Australian Shepherd dogs and cricket.
