As a seasoned Personal Trainer since 2018, I specialise in tailored fitness programs encompassing fat loss, muscle building, strength training, postural alignment, injury prevention, rehabilitation and comprehensive fitness assessments. I work with diverse age groups, catering to both male and female clients, leveraging my expertise honed through participation in various sports such as bodybuilding, gridiron, rugby, soccer, wrestling, tennis and swimming.
