I have been in the fitness and wellbeing industry for over ten years. I started at 22, and as my journey has evolved, so have my training methods and experience. Above all, my training prioritises quality of movement over everything. I specialise in helping people gain more flexibility and mobility with their bodies while simultaneously gaining strength and confidence. Pushing through pain is not the answer, but understanding it and navigating around it is.
My programs and approach revolve around the Centenarian Decathlon, a set of movements and standards you should be able to do in the last ten years of your life.
