I was selected to play semi-professional rugby league for the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles and NSW representative teams and from there I discovered my passion for fitness and understanding how to train for performance. During this time, it gave me a greater understanding of training for elite sporting performance and how effective strength and conditioning can enhance sporting performance. I started my personal training career in 2018 and since then I have worked with a range of females and males of all ages and levels and it has allowed me to continue to develop my skills in sport specific performance and general population.
Over my years of training myself and my clients, I have learnt how much fitness and well-being can change an individual’s life. I have personally built a healthy relationship with food and a love for exercise, and I’m looking forward to sharing my knowledge, experience and skills with you.
