I grew up dancing competitively and developed a love of movement from a young age. When I am not in the gym, you’ll find me with a paintbrush in hand, dancing or getting lost in a good book.
Through dance I became acutely aware of posture and learned to isolate muscle groups which translates into helping my clients exercise safely and effectively. After facing my own health challenges, I took a step back from competing and became passionate about holistic health which led me to complete my certifications in personal training and nutrition.
