Personal Trainer

My passion for fitness started at a young age motivating me to begin my career in the industry. Since then, I have surrounded myself with the best mentors to learn and understand the most optimal training methods. I take an evidence based and client centred approach to ensure that my clients receive the most effective training programs tailored to their personal goals. 

I understand that everyone has individual needs which is why I consider lifestyle, training preferences and goals. It allows me to customise my programs to suit each client, leading to fantastic results! I have over 20,000 hours of face-to-face experience, tailoring programs to different ages and abilities. This has taught me the importance of adapting to client needs and skill levels.

I played semi-professional football in the NPL for over 10 years which is where my passion for Strength and Conditioning was founded. Through my own experiences and setbacks with training and injuries, I have affiliated myself with leading Physiotherapists and Chiropractors on the North Shore. These relationships have further driven my clients’ success, and enhance my own knowledge in the prehabilitation/rehabilitation area.  

In the gym you will probably hear me before you see me! I spend most of my time on the gym floor or taking group HIIT Classes.
